The Village of Vinton, Texas has instructed the undergraduate Civil Engineering (CE) students of the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) to design a multipurpose center for its inhabitants. The CE students have taken on the challenge and have set out to demonstrate their knowledge and skills in the subject of Civil Engineering.

Our Group B has been assigned to take responsibility in designing traffic, pavement, lighting and drainage for the parking lot.
